It is the responsibility of the participant to assess whether a chosen itinerary is suitable and appropriate for them and their physical abilities. If in doubt, seek the advice of your physician to determine whether a chosen itinerary is right for you. The participant bears sole responsibility for the effects that pre-existing medical conditions may have on your ability to participate in a long-distance walk or any other activity that is part of a Camino Scholars itinerary, your ability to travel, your ability to travel to and within relatively remote locations with limited access to medical facilities, or that may adversely affect other participants on your itinerary. Camino Scholars reserves the right to deny any participant access to any part of or all of their chosen itinerary at any time if a participant is deemed to have a physical or mental health condition that poses a risk or danger to themselves or to others who are participating in the itinerary, including but not limited to the other paying participants, the group leaders, their contracted partners, or their employees.
